Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Merchant", "you"), and MagnusOp ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the MagnusOp multi-tenant commerce platform, APIs, storefront engines, and associated tools.

By creating an account, connecting a payment provider, or deploying a storefront on MagnusOp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

To access the platform dashboard and deploy branded storefronts, you must register a merchant account with a valid business identity. You agree to maintain the security of your credentials, enforce two-factor authentication for administrative staff, and promptly notify us of any suspected security incidents.

MagnusOp employs hardware-enforced and database-level Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure cryptographic isolation of your store data, customer records, and ledger movements from other tenants.

Certain platform features, including the NVIDIA-powered AI Assistant and elevated SKU tiers, require an active paid subscription plan. All monetary amounts are billed in integer minor units in your selected currency (e.g. Nigerian Naira kobo).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date through your merchant billing dashboard.

MagnusOp integrates with certified payment partners (including Paystack and Flutterwave) via secure API adapters. Customer payments processed through your storefront settle directly into your designated merchant bank account according to the payment partner's settlement schedule.

MagnusOp does not store raw credit card credentials on platform infrastructure.

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all catalog materials, product descriptions, brand assets, and customer databases you upload to the platform.

MagnusOp and its licensors retain all proprietary rights, copyright, and trademarks in the platform software, APIs, copilot models, and underlying system architecture.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate merchant accounts that engage in fraudulent activities, violate our Acceptable Use Policy, or fail to settle outstanding subscription balances after reasonable notice.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your historical sales ledger and customer records in standardized format within 30 calendar days.

These Terms and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing digital commerce agreements, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith informal mediation before formal arbitral proceedings.
