Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all merchants, staff members, and customers utilizing the MagnusOp commerce infrastructure. Our objective is to ensure a safe, compliant, and highly reliable environment for all businesses.

Merchants may not use MagnusOp storefronts or APIs to market, sell, or distribute:

• Counterfeit items, unauthorized replicas, or pirated digital content.
• Illicit substances, prescription pharmaceuticals without licensing, or hazardous materials.
• Weapons, explosives, or military munitions.
• Deceptive financial schemes, pyramid schemes, or unverified betting services.

The following technical activities are strictly forbidden:

• Attempting to bypass PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) or tenant isolation boundaries.
• Deploying denial of service attacks, excessive automated rate limit spam, or vulnerability scanners without authorization.
• Reverse-engineering AI model weights or scraping private catalog embeddings.

MagnusOp reserves the right to immediately suspend storefront access, disable payment routes, and report criminal conduct to relevant legal authorities upon discovering violations of this policy.
